Changed your mind?

Everything we sell is printed to order for you, but you can still return it within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@therethen.shop first and we'll send you the return address. Send the item back unused and in its original condition; return postage is at your own cost, and we recommend a tracked service. Once it reaches us we refund the price of the item within 14 days, to your original payment method. The original delivery charge is not refunded.

Arrived damaged or misprinted?

Email hello@therethen.shop with your order number and a photo of the problem as soon as you can, ideally within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery. You don't need to send the damaged item back.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
